CDCM6208V2 - PLL didn't lock in PinMode27 @ CDCM6208V2EVM

Hello,

I have some question about CDCM6208V2.

My customer wants to use CDCM6208V2 in PinMode27.

So, I tested PinMode27 in CDCM6208V2EVM.

[Q]

PLL didn't lock in PinMode27.

(The tuning voltage was apploximately 0V.)

(PLL locked in SPI Mode by the setting like PinMode27. The tuning voltage was apploximately 0.7V.)

(PLL locked in PinMode17-V2, PinMode24-V2, PinMode30-V2, PinMode31-V2, PinMode32-V2.)

Why?

Please tell me if there is any advice?

The setting of EVM as follows.

・R87=0Ω, R89=0Ω, R72=OPEN, R73=OPEN

・VDD_IN, VDD_OUTA, VDD_OUTB, VDD_PLL, DVDD : 1.8V external or 3.3V external

・SI_MODE0 : OPEN, SI_MODE1 : OPEN

・PIN4 : DVDD(1), PIN3 : DVDD(1), PIN2 : GND(0), PIN1 : DVDD(1), PIN0 : GND(0)

・RESET_PWR : DVDD@3.3V, GND@1.8V

・PDN : OPEN

・REF_SEL : GND@PRI, DVDD@SEC

・SYNC : OPEN

・SW1 : All OFF

・SW2 : All OFF

・SW5 : 1ON, R74=560Ω, C17=100nF, C18=470pF

・Y0p/Y0n : Monitored it with an Oscilloscope.

・Y2p/Y2n : Monitored it with an Oscilloscope.
