Is there a recommended footprint for the LMX2582? The datasheet doesn't have one. The datasheet has a package drawing that says the thermal pad size is specified on another sheet, but I can't find that anywhere.

Alternatively, are the CAD files for the LMX2582EVM available anywhere?
