TICSPRO-SW offline version for LMX2592

Dear team,

My customer would like to use the software TICSPRO-SW with the EVM LMX2592.

This computer doesn't have access to the web ( security reason). Do we have an offline installer ?

    Hello,

    We'll be working to make an installer which does not require connection and update the TICS Pro download.

    Short term solution.. if you download and install Ironpython-2.7.5.msi from: https://ironpython.codeplex.com/ at codeplex, this should allow you to install without an internet connection.  I'll check this later tonight.  Also note that you need .NET 4.5.1 or better also installed.

    I did confirm it works on Vista 32-bit today (as offline install).

      - I installed .NET 4.5.1 and IronPython-2.7.5 manually.

    Note you need .NET 4.5.1 or later. .NET 4.5.1 requires windows Vista SP2 minimum. I.e. does not support windows XP. If there is demand, we may be able to adjust for windows xp support at a later time.
    - I did notice there was a registration error is because the installer was attempting to register the 64 bit automation object, we'll fixed this to run only when 64 bit machine is detected. The 32-bit registration will still run. These registrations are in case you want to automate TICS Pro with ActiveX.
