I just noticed that the TLC2932A is "Not Recommended For New Designs". Unfortunately I did not find another part with the same function. What is recommended when you want to use a PLL i.e. a part with similar function as the TLC2932A?

Hi Cornelius,

We have a few other simple single-PLL clock drivers that may be suitable, for example, the CDC536 or CDCE813-Q1.

I recommend you start at the Clock & Timing landing page (www.ti.com/.../clock_and_timing.page), choosing a product category, and then using the Products tab to bring up a parametric search where you can narrow down the available parts depending on your needs.
