It is a question about the thermal pad of CDCEL913IPWRQ1.
In the pin assignment diagram of datasheet P5, there is ThermalPad on the IC abdomen.
However, there is no such pad in the part outline drawing of Datasheet P35 - 36.
Is there a ThermalPad in this IC?
