TPL5111: TPL5111 Converting Ibis file to spice model.

Hi,

I am not sure is this a right place to post the query or not, but I would appreciate any help on this.

I am converting the TPL5111 ibis model to pspice model but I am getting only 3 pins in spice model (input, output, EN) instead of 6 pins (EN, DELAY, DRVN, DONE, VDD, GND).

I am new to this, can any one help me with this?

Hi Mehul,

Unfortunately the IBIS model does not contain all of the information necessary in order to generate a SPICE model.

All available models could be downloaded from webench.ti.com/.../
Unfortunately TI didn't release TPL5111 Spice model. Thanks.
