SE555: SE555-SP sensitive to SET

Hello,

I am interested in integrating the precision timer SE555-SP in my application and I would like to know if it is sensitive to SET? In the technical documents I found on your site, I got information on dose but not on SEE.

Also, is this part bipolar based?

SE555-SP is bipolar. For the other question, high reliability group will answer.

TI has not performed single event testing on the SE555. We do not know of any SEE studies on the part.
