Could you teach how long the thime of POR + RESISTANCE READING during one shot mode?

(I refered Figure 9 to question this.)

In addition, do you have variations data of this time?

Hello,

The time is 100ms. It is given as t_Rext in datasheet table 7.5.

Does the t_Rext include POR time?

Yes, it is included. Figure 6 may help illustrate POR time. Please be aware that the POR time begins when VDD reaches approximately 1.8V.
