Hi Dice-K,

LMK62xx family is the compact version of LMK60xx family. They use almost the same die except that in order to fit LMK62xx family into that smaller package, some adjustments may have been made so that the phase noise performance is slightly worse.

In general, LMK62xx is almost the same with LMK60xx with smaller package.
