Hello,
We are trying to decrease current consumption of LMX2572LP. LMX2572 datasheet says "When an output is not used, TI recommends selecting the VCO output (OUTx_MUX = 1) to ensure that channel divider is not unnecessarily powered up." When we apply your recommendation, power consumption will decreases in LMX2572. However, LMX2572LP hasn't got VCO output so there is no recommendation about this situation. "R45 - OUTA_MUX" and "R46 - OUTB_MUX" registers have fixed values according to the datasheet. Even so, when we apply the same process (OUTx_MUX =1) to LMX2572LP, it also works and the current decreases. Is it safe to apply the OUTx_MUX process to LMX2572LP? Also, do you have any other recommendation about decreasing current consumption in LMX2572LP?
Thanks,
Best Regards,
Gunduz
