Hello,
How much ohms are the internal pull-down resistors for the CMOS control input pins?
Please let me know the typical values and +/- how much % varies under PVT variation.
Best regards,
K.Hirano

Hello Hirano-San,
Thanks for reaching out with your question. It seems the datasheet is not very clear with the value of the pull-down resistor on CMOS control input. I will ask internally for this value and the PVT variation. This will take few days and request your patience in the mean-time. My guess is the resistance value is at-least 100k Ohms based on the IIH spec which is max of 50 uA (with VDD of 3.465V, this will give around 70 k Ohms worst-case and if you add around 40% PVT variation, this would be easily > 100 k Ohms. In any case, i will confirm the exact value and variation.
Badarish,
Thank you for your response.
I look forward to receiving exact value and variation.
Best regards,
K.Hirano
Hirano-San,
I was able to get information from my colleague pretty quickly and as i had guessed the pull-down resistor is indeed 100 k Ohms and the PVT variation is around +- 30%.
Let me know if you need further clarifications.
