Hi, we make some equipments with ADS1285, all of them are synchronized by the GPS PPS, while we found some of the units and some time, the data recorded is about 63 samples prior to the other units. Maybe the problem is caused by the filter latency time, is there any suggestions to test and resolve this probem?

The ADS1285 probably resynchronized. 63 (62) is how long it takes a for settle data to finish through the pipeline.
Please take a look at these E2E threads for some more information on synchronzing. The device may say ADS1282 but it works very similarly in the ADS1285.
