Q1: Please check ADS1013-Q1 have VOH value.

Digital Output High would be what the digital lines are pulled-up to with the pull-up resistor, which should be DVDD.

Q2: DVDD is Max or Min for VOH value?

    Hi Lee,

    Maybe you need to better understand the I2C protocol and how I2C functions.  The SDA line is open-drain and is not active push-pull.  The open-drain is pulled high (with a resistor) to VDD as per protocol.  So there is really no VOH as there is no active driver and that is why it is not specified in the datasheet.  The logic high voltage is strictly related to the VDD supply voltage.  There is no min or max just VDD.
