ADC12DL3200: Interleaving Spur at fs/2-fin is Too High

Hello,

We are using ADC12DL3200 in Dual Cuannel mode on our custom board, there is a spur at the frequency fs/2-fin.

It seems that it is relevant to the mismatches due to the interleaving. 

There are registers at 0x310...0x315 about trimming the ADCs. I have changed the register values largely but nothing changed at the output. Is this possible?

What is the proper sequence to change these registers? Do we have to change them before LVDS_EN?

Also do we have to trig calibration after initialiazation periodically for background/foreground calibration?
