Welcome to our e2e forum!  Have you gone through the steps outlined in the original post with regards to downloading and installing the PAMB driver package?  Have you then updated the DFU driver from the Stellaris Device Firmware Upgrade to the PAMB drivers folder?

How you update the DFU driver with the PAMB driver folder?

After installing the Cloud driver, I downloaded and installed the USB driver installation file. However, I did not update the DFU driver using the PAMB driver folder.

Are there any guidelines on how to do this?

What do you see in the device manager after the DFU update?

After the DFU upgrade, Tivaware device firmware upgrade is displayed in the device manager, but the EVM does not connect to the cloud.

While searching the e2e forum to solve this problem, I found a similar question. (link below)

I updated ICDI F/W using the LM flash program... but the EVM does not run after that.

Is there a solution? It seems that the existing F/W has been deleted.

OK - let me see if I can get one of our SW guys to step in here.

Hi Sang Min,

Please remove the ADS7142 from the PAMB Controller and located two small test points to the right of PK1 and PK2 (see picture below).

Use a pair of tweezers or short piece of bare wire to short the two test points together.  Apply USB power to the PAMB controller then press and hold the RESET button on the right side of the PAMB controller PCB.  Next, unplug the USB cable, mount the ADS7142EVM (align the headers properly) and plug the USB cable back in.  Launch the ADS7142 GUI and after the splash screen, see if you have the 'Program Device...' option available under the File Menu:

You should be able to re-flash the PAMB firmware and get the EVM operational from that point.

After F/W was restored using the method you provided, I was able to connect to the cloud normally. Thank you for your help.

I would like to inquire about ADC operation testing through cloud connection.

As shown in the photo below, two channels are being read normally in manual mode.

However, in autonomous mode, only ch0 is read. Are the settings incorrect? Please check.

As long as you have 'Enable All Channels' set, you should be getting data.

Even though all channels are activated, as shown in the reference photo above, only Ch0 data is being uploaded.

Hi Sang Min,

Have you applied an external voltage to CH0 and CH1 to see if the conversion results are correct?  In autonomous mode, have you set low and high limits to see if you can get an alert if those limits are exceeded?

The captured photo attached above is the result of testing by connecting an external power source to Ch0 and Ch0. The lower and upper limit settings have not been tested in autonomous mode.
