I have a problem with my PAMB. It doesn't pass the step of updating firmware.
When I connect to the software online, I have a first message :
and then i waiting all the time with this message:
The board is connected and the drivers intallation is done.
Help me, please

Does the GUI hang with the "Firmware update in progress"? sometimes updating the firmware takes some time and I just want to confirm that waiting long enough is not an issue.
If you press "Cancel" in the "DFU Device Detected" window and then go to "File" in the top left corner, are you able to select "Program Device" and follow the instructions in the second link above? Does this work?
Otherwise, I would suggest manually resetting and re-flashing the firmware into the PAMB controller: Downloading Firmware to the PAMB
Re-downloading the firmware should fix this issue, but please let me know otherwise.
