TI-API: The API is temporarily unavailable.

Good morning,

When we try to create an order by the API (store and backlog) we are getting  500 - Internal server error
with the following error:
"The API is temporarily unavailable. Please retry, if the issue persists, Please contact TI customer support - support.ti.com/csm"

Is the test API down ? When it is planned to be available ?
