TI-API: Can't create Apps in the portal nor obtain API Credentials

I can't see New App button in api-portal.ti.com/.../apps

I want to get credentials to use in my application.

We want this to be done for ,

E90,E92,E81,E83,E85,K88,K98.

    I was working with Juan via private message, and the sanbbox and production apps have been created for each of these accounts. Please login to the API portal and let us know if you see any issues.
