Hi Team,

We are facing this error "Invalid api call as no api product match found - error in excel tool " 

we have checked token is activ e and OPN is correct - can you help identify why is this happening?

    This error is likely due to the API Key/Secret you're using not being valid for backlog API.  Please ensure the credentials you're using are setup to access backlog API.  Knowing you're a TI-er I recommend you contact your assigned onboarding specialist with the key/secret you're using (don't post them publicly).

    Thanks for the reply - i checked with customer, they seems to be using just copy pasting the keys, i even suggested to regenerate the same..

    Problem still persists..
