TRS3122E: RS232 data rate

Hi,

1.Data rate support 1000kbps in the TRS3122E Datasheet(RL=3k ohm & CL=500pF)
How should the circuit be added the RL and CL?

2.The transmission speed we currently use is 115200bps. Is there a limit on the transmission length?
If I want to use 1000kbps, is there a limit on the transmission length?

3. Is there a way to reach 1000kbps with 2 wires (Tx & Rx) alone and I can't lose data? Do I need to change to 4 wires HW flow control (CTS & RTS)?
If it needs to be changed to 4-wire, is there a way for this (TRS3122E) to achieve the 4-wire configuration (that is, the second group is changed to CTS & RTS)?
If it can't be achieved, can you recommend one that can be achieved?

1. RL and CL measure the characteristics of the cable, the connectors, and the transceiver at the other end. You must not add these as discrete components.

2. Longer cables have a higher capacitance. The RS-232 standard specifies 15 m (50 ft), but you can use longer cables with lower speeds. The exact values depend on the electrical characteristics of your system.

3. Flow control is not an error correction mechanism. RS-232 attempts to increase the noise margin by using high voltages. But if you are concerned about noise, replace RS-232 with a protocol using differential voltages, i.e., RS-485/422. (Full-duplex RS-422 uses four wires plus GND.)
