Hi,

From pg. 10 of the datasheet, what is the in-pad GND vias hole size and diameter?

Do you mind sharing the Altium PCB file for the EVM?

Hi Kelvin,

I don't have an exact measurement for the GND via on page 10. However, I would say that the via should be no larger than 0.25 mm in diameter since that is the length of the GND pad on the device.
