I'm using ONET4201LD to drive a laser and the related information is listed as below.
However, the laser doesn't work.
When changing LDVCC1_3V3 to 1.8V , the voltage of BIAS will drop to 1.3V.
When LDVCC1_3V3 is 3.3V, the voltage of BIAS is 2.8V.
Is anything wrong I have done?
Please help me.

According to your suggestion , I have changed the clock to 100MHz or 200Mbps data rate. Just have a look at the waveform on DIN+.
However , I still do not find any light on the detector card.
Besides, I have found the system power changed a little when the clock is on.
The voltage between cathode and anode is 0.62V.
But the voltage should be 1.2V~1.8V(Vop) according to the datasheet of the laser.
Would you please give any suggestion?
Just check the parameters of this laser, which are listed as below.
The pulse optical power is 45mA.
Besides, is there anything wrong with the schematic attached as above.
Is it correct to pull down DISABLE to GND by a 4.7K resistor?

SDOWN just goes low when LDVCC1_3V3 is changed to 3.3V.
However, there is no output on MONP and MONB.
Just have a look at the picture attached as below.
The yellow is the waveform on DIN+.
The blue is the waveform on PD.
Is there anything wrong?
Besides, the laser is on even if there is no data on DIN+/DIN-
Is it possible to make the laser be off when where is no data.
