Is the current limit applied when the LDO_3V3pin(9pin) and 1V8pin(35pin) are short to GND?

    Kengo,

    There is no active current limit on the LDO_3V3 and LDO_1V8.

    If either pin is shorted to ground, it is likely to damage the device.

    The LDO_1V8 is used as the main digital power supply, so the device will brown out with any external load applied to it.

    The LDO_3V3 is intended for very limited external use.  It will run out of power at about 10mA of load.
