SCAN92LV090: is there a BSDL file supporting BSI 1149.6?

Dear experts,

Customer have a project that will have the function of BSI 1149.6, but 1149.6 is not indicated in BSDL file which is found from the other post of e2e.

They're wondering do we have a BSDL file of SCAN92LV090 support 1149.6?

If not, do we have other solution that could support their requirement as below?

1. BSI is available for JTAG communication
2. There are 1149.6 statements in the BSDL that can use the AC test of the BSI

Besides, customer also found SCAN90CP02 and SCAN15MB200 might be a possible solution to BSI 1149.6.

May we know which one you recommend more? And do we have a IC solutions with more pins supporting 1149.6 ?
