I have looked in to your products and can you provide additional clarification for the following Products  about the below  statement

 

  1. What does it mean by “Open-Drain Active-Low Interrupt Output” ? Is this in regards to the INT\ pin ?
  2. What is the status of the Input \output ports are they  configured as “open drain “ or can be they configured as “Totem pole \ push pull “ ?

    1. Would you like an explanation of how an open drain driver works? The statement you are referring to is specifically talking about the nINT pin. It means that the nINT pin is an open drain driver.

    2.This will depend on the device. If you go to the block diagram for the output ports you can see how they are configured. For instance the TCA9535:

    You can see that it is push pull based on the block diagram.
