Hello,

My customer is looking for a retimer for Quad 6Gbps JESD204B.

They will use a high speed connector between the high speed ADC and the FPGA.

Could you please commend a sutible retimer device?

They preder products that do not use a reference clock.

For a retimer, customer can consider using DS125DF410 for this application. Please note a retimer would add some latency. Please note link below, perhaps your customer can use a redriver instead:

Is it possible to use the DS125DF410 and DS110DF410 on 3Gbps or 6Gbps JESD204B link, regardless of the data bit rate range in the datasheet?

Hi JH,

The DS125DF410 TI retimer part number supports 3Gbps and 6Gbps operation in retimed mode. The DS125DF410 datasheet lists the data rate range for full rate mode (i.e. divide by 1.) However the DS125DF410 does also support divide by 2, 4 and 8 data rate ranges.
