DP83620: Can we access the JTAG port from Ethernet interface?

Hi,

We are interfacing DP83620SQE with AM4378, JTAG signals are daisy chained between AM4378 and DP83620SQE,

and we are planning to boot the AM4378 from ethernet port.

the question is, can we access the JTAG port from DP83620SQE ethernet port? if so, is there any way to disable the JTAG port of DP83620SQE?
