DS80PCI102: how to deal with the pair of differential input pins and output pins when the channel would not be used?

Part Number: DS80PCI102
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65LVPE501

Hi team,

     The customer has questions:

1.how to deal with the pair of differential input pins(INB+ and INB-) and output pins(OUTB+ and OUTB-) when the  B channel would not be used. Should these pins get floating or get grounded via capacitor(how much the value of the capacitor)?

2.why each channel interface has a capacitor (like OUTA+ and INA+ both have capacitor)? what kind of role do the capacitors play? Do these capacitors isolate the DC because of the voltage difference between the TX device and RX device? And how choose the value of capacitor? based on the rate?

3.the customer has same confusion of SN65LVPE501.
