Good mornig!

We are using the DP83822 phy with ET1100 in out ethetcat boards.

We are testing our boards with EFT pre-compliance tests. But at 2kV they lost the comunication with the ethercat master...the DP83822 should be Class A at 4KV (see datasheet).

In the old boards, with KSZ8081, we do not have the same problem.

Can you help me to understand?

Can you please share your schematic? Also, we have results based on TIDA-00299 with DP83822. Please check against that reference design as well.

Hello,

Upon further inspection, we also notice issues with you Bob-Smith termination on connector side of transformer. Can you please correct this circuit and also ensure Earth and PHY ground are isolated by RC network?
