Hello,
My customer had cold solder joints on a board that used the DP83825I. And the cold solder joints occurred on the four corner pins of the DP83825I device.
Please let us know if there are additional guidelines to be followed to prevent cold solder joint other than EXAMPLE BOARD LAYOUT and EXAMPLE STENCIL DESIGN in the data sheet.
