1. If the product works with the NVDIA GeForce RTX4000 graphics card and some monitors are connected, the screen may be splintered after hot swap.

2.The product display doesn't wake up the image automatically with matching signal source Macbook Pro2014 When displayer ASUS PA279 goes to standby sleep.

3. The image display is incomplete collocation with 1080@60Hz/720@60Hz resolution.

This product has been mass production, but only when they use with the NVDIA GeForce RTX4000 plant form has this problem. Is it possible to be effected by the plant form system?

Hi,

The DP149 has an OE pin that can reset the DP149. Are you able to see the problem resolved if you reset the DP149 after plugging in the RTX4000?

Can you also measure the DP149 clock output and make sure the clock frequency is correct?

Hi,

If you toggle DP149 OE pin, does it resolve the issue?

Do you have a way to measure the clock and data output between the working and non-working mode?
