Would you let me know the range of resistance values for the weak internal pull-down of PHYAD1 to PHYAD4?
If there is no nominal value, calculate the resistance value of the weak internal pull-down using the following concept, Is this correct?
・There is a description "A 2.2-kΩ resistor should be used for pulldown or pullup to change the default strap option"
・According to the specified values, Vcc=3.3V, VIH(min)=2V
Considering that 2V (or more) of VIH (min) can be guaranteed with an external 2.2kΩ pull-up
⇒R=2.2kΩ×(2V÷(3.3V－2V))≒3.384kΩ(min)
