I researched it and found that a level translator is needed to convert from DP to HDMI.
I wonder if it is possible to design as shown in the block diagram below to support two HDMI ports.
Two TI products are used for implementation.

For DP++ to HDMI, you can use DP158 (Re-driver) or DP159 (Re-timer).

Dp126 is a mux, it can only support one HDMI port at a time.
You will need an HDMI splitter if you would like both HDMI output simultaneously.
