SN75DP149: The monitor connected to the HDMI output port of DP149 has not display during the aging test

Hi TI Teams,

One of our customer reported that the monitor connected to the HDMI output port of DP149 has not display during the aging test, and the display can only be restored if the uplink port is re-plugged. The aging time is one day, and the temperature of DP149 was measured at 90°C during this time.

This problem occurred in 9 out of 12 devices in the aging test. For this case we added a heatsink to the SN75DP149 and the probability of this case is a little smaller, only one out of five devices have this case.Can you help to analyse the cause of the problem?
