Here is the reply from our package engineer:
Usually “Typical Value” in a package drawing means there is more than one location with that dimension. In this example, all those features around the DAP have the same dimension. There is no min/max value since the PCB land pattern will only have a square or rectangle. All those features will be ignored in the PCB land pattern or stencil. Mold flash and vendor capabilities usually highlighted in the footnote..
