We could use TIC12400-Q1 as below chart, have any concern?
3V3 is default sleep mode
VPRE_3V3 is Standby mode:

I reviewed the schematic and only have one general comment.
The IN0-IN23 inputs should also have a capacitor to GND on them both for transient protection and also to stabilize the input voltage for accurate measurement. Our ESD specification are based on a 15nF capacitor for +/-8kV protection, but the protection level will vary based on the components used. See the TIC12400-Q1 and TIC10024-Q1 ISO-10605 ESD Test Report (Link) for additional information on the resistor and capacitor filter components.
