I have a design , where Reserved pins(# 20 and #21) are not pulled up(2.2k ohms); however it is required as per datasheet recomandations
Pls. clarify below points
1. What is the purpose/function of these two reserved pins
2. Does it impact on the functionality ?
2. Does these Pull -up is only to protected IC's from external interference?
3. If not conencted (as in our case)- will there be any chance of increased failure of IC during bulk
