Can you  try with only with R10 pullup on DP?

Can you take waveform with supply and oscillator?

I had ONLY R7 D-, I lifted that and placed it on R10 D+. PROBLEM FIXED! Will now test with my device(s) attached.

So it has to be on Full Speed to enumerate properly with the PC?

When I plug in my hub PCBA by itself, it shows properly in device manager (Generic USB Hub) with no errors.. when i plug any end device (tried with a USB thumb drive) i get the same Device Descriptor Request Failed.

    Since it's just Full speed  hub, if you just plug a mouse or keyboard, it still works expected?

Negative, same error with a wireless mouse and keyboard.

With a wired mouse it doesn't work, and then eventually get a port reset failed.

Hi Carlos:

   For TUSB2036, you need to pull DP0 to DP0PUR with 1.5k. since upstream works fine, you can change it later.

For downstreram port, you need to implement power switching an support 5v for USB connector.
