Hi,
It is correct that the XIO1100 x1 PCI Express PHY is LTB. Unfortunately, TI does not offer an alternate to this part.
Best,
David
Please allow me to check internally and update you once I have received feedback.

Hi,
The XIO1100 is rated at MSL 3 (Moisture Sensitivity Level 3), meaning that after the seal of the reel's ESD bag is broken, the device would have to be soldered within 168 hours. The device can be re-certified through a bake flow to remove absorbed moisture before power is applied to the unit. So, if units were removed from the shipped ESD bag and stored for a long period of time before use (>168 hours), they would have to be bake flowed if used past this 168 hour threshold.
Please note the following application report on MSL Ratings and Reflow Profiles.

David
Thanks for confirming the info,
during the production some of the components will be removed from the reel so ESD bag will broke, and we do have requirement of 500 Components per year.
How to retain remining 500 components safely for next year? because reel contains 1000 components.
if I don't open the box or bag (reel) how long we can store the components.
is it oaky to purchase these component as of date and used after 5 years? please suggest on this
Hi,
Please note that as stated above, once the ESD bag's seal is broken, the components have a shelf life of 168 hours. The additional un-used devices can be re-certified by a bake flow prior to use, but then again must be soldered within 168 hours.
The following link has helpful information regarding storage of devices: https://www.ti.com/support-quality/faqs/product-shelf-life-faqs.html?keyMatch=SHELF%20LIFE&usecase=smartsnip
