My customer encountered similar trouble.

Could you please let us know the way to PWRCTL1/BATEN1 high?

I powered on the TUSB4041 with the following configuration.
However, the output of PWRCTL1/BATEN1 did not become Hi.
Could you please tell me the conditions under which the output of PWRCTL1/BATEN1 becomes Hi?

USB_VBUS: PD(16kΩ)
OVERCUR*: 3.3VPU(4.7kΩ)
PWRCTL_POL: 3.3VPU(4.7kΩ)
AUTOENz/HZ_SUSPEND: 3.3V PU(4.7kΩ)
FULLPWRMGMT/SMBA1: PD(4.7kΩ)
GANGED/SMBA2/HS_UP: PD(4.7kΩ)
TEST: PD(4.7kΩ)
USB_R1: PD(9.53kΩ)
XI: 24MHz (3.3V)

Hi Shinchi:

First, did TUSB4041I show as 4 ports USB2 hub?

There should be a 90k/10k voltage divider on USB_Vbus pin, voltage on USB_VBus is around 0.5V.

other PU/PD setting looks correct, can you send full schematic to review?

The customer understood USB_VBUS should be 0.5V and divided by 90k/10k.

When they have an additional question, I consult with new thread.
