Hi, I'm using TCAN1042HGV-Q1 can IC in my reference design, in which I'm using STM32F405R, can you please confirm me that this can IC is supported by MCU

    Saket,

    As long as the logic levels meet the thresholds necessary for the TXD and RXD pins on the TCAN1042HGV-Q1, then the MCU will be able to communicate with the CAN channel. Is there a reason the TCAN1042-Q1 is being used? The TCAN1044AV-Q1 has the same pinout and functionality, with better availability, so unless the high voltage rating is needed that comes with the H-version, I'd recommend choosing the TCAN1044AV-Q1.
