Can you recomend the usb redriver which support HDMI TDP1204?

The USB spec request is TypeC ( DP1.2/USB3.2 Gen2)re-driver .

The HDMI and USB are two different standards and TDP1204 is a HDMI2.1 redriver. Are you looking for a HDMI over Type-c solution?

Hi David,

For the custumer's description, I think they want to use a HDMI over Type-c or Type-c over HDMI.

Which one is make sense? If these 2 conditions make sense, is it same solution?

Can you provide 2 diffrent devices for these 2 conditions or 1 device for 2 conditions?

On the sink side, you can only use HDMI.

Updating information for you , customer are looking typeC (DP2.1/USB3.2 gen2) solution , not HDMI .

it seems we have TUSB1044 and TUSB1146 could choose . due to customer don't have separate source , so tend to recommend TUSB1044.

just double confirm with you , canTUSB1044 support USB3.2 gen2? it didn't show it on datasheet .

USB3.2 Gen 2 is the same as USB3.1 Gen 2 at 10Gbps. TUSB1044 can support USB3.2 Gen 2 x 1 and DP2.1 UHBR10.
