Thank you for reaching out, apologies for the delay in response. Yesterday, Monday May 27th was a U.S. holiday.

When debugging compliance issues the first thing we like to check are both the Schematic and Layout.

1. Schematic/Layout
   
   2. Could you ask the customer to fill out both the Design Review Checklist & Industrial Layout Checklist?
      1. Both can be found here: https://www.ti.com/product/DP83867E#design-tools-simulation 
      2. Please ask if the customer can provide the layout file as well. Upon receiving the layout file and both checklists, it will take at most 1 week for me to review and provide feedback
2. Compliance Script
   1. The current AppNote SNLA239C provides a script that excludes some essential register writes
      1. 
   2. The original script can be found below, could you confirm which version of the script the customer is using. If they are not using the script below, could you ask them to try it and send the test results from the new script as well?
