Hi,

We don't currently have a DPL s-parameters file for this device, but the performance should be very similar since the DPL variant has the same typical capacitance value of 0.5pF. Did they have any signal integrity issues with the existing s-parameter file?

Yes you can use the DPY S-parameters for TPD1E04U04, the peformance will be almost identical.
