Can I use a common mode inductor to replace the two inductors（L1,L2) (L3,L4) here,To reduce PCB area。

Hi Li,

No you can't use a common mode inductor - these inductors are operated differentially so common mode inductances aren't going to work.

However you can use coupled inductors as long as they operate in a differential mode.
