TUSB4041I: USB Hub 480MBPS speed issue

Dear TI E2E team,

We are trying to achieve 480Mbps speed using the TUSB4041I USB hub but we are only able to achieve 12Mbps speed. Please check attached screenshot.

Our schematic has been attached with this email for your kind perusal.

We have reviewed the slla429 as well and the document is attached with this email. We tried various options for the R1 resistor as well but were not able to achieve 480Mbps.

Can you please advise what we may be missing?

    Hi Marguh:

       Can you remove R77 on GRSTz, R96 on SMBUSz and try again?

      maybe you already tried to remove R77 and R96,

    Can you take waveform for 1.1v/3.3v and GRSTz signal?

    We remove R77 and R96

    then waveform show below

     Orange signal indicate 3v3 and Blue signal indicate 1v1


    Orange signal indicate 3v3 and Blue signal indicate GRSTz


    But still Down stream port speed is only 12 MBPS as show in above figures and video.
    please reply me asap for the same.

       I asked for waveform when hub device was powered on . Can you take waveform again?

      Can we have a call sometime early next week?

    please also try C60 with 1uf on GRSTz

    Hello Brain

    We tested C60 with 1uf on GRSTz but still speed is 12 MPBS 

    Here orange signal is indicate GRSTz with C60 is 1uF

    We are in INDIA, please provide your availability as per India time zone so we connect in Google meet or Microsoft teams.

    And We solve keyboard detection issue and Downstream speed issue asap.

    We change the Pull up Res in Up Stream port which is connected with RPi and Res value is 1.5K
