DP83TC814S-Q1: Whether the LED_0 active polarity change with the pull-up and open of the peripheral circuit?

Tool/software:

Hello TI Team,

We didn't configurate 0x451 [0] to change the LED_0's active polarity.

We found below phenomenon:

If the the peripheral circuit of LED_0 is open,  the LED_0 is active high;

If the the peripheral circuit of LED_0 is pull-up,  the LED_0 is active low;

Is it right?
