SN65HVD1040 Temp Question

I am looking at the SN65HVD1040 data sheet and noticed a peculiar spec. The Recommended Operating Conditions show only a Junction temp of 150°C and the rest of the specs are defined as over recommended operating conditions. The Absolute Maximum Ratings list the Junction temperature of -55 to +170°C but the Storage temperature of -40 to +125°C temperature. This implies that you can run the part hotter than the max Storage temperature. There is a note in the Description section (5) that the part is characterized for operation from -40 to +125°C but that is not reflected in the parameter tables.

I am looking for a CAN transceiver that can go to low power and still monitor the lines for wake-up on CAN activity and the design will to run up to 130°C.  Does this part run at over 130 C, or is there a different part that will?  Thank you very much.

    The device can operate with a junction temperature up to 150 C. Since there is not a reliable way to measure the junction temperature, though, the device characterization was performed using an ambient temperature of 125 C. (The junction temperature will typically be hotter than the ambient environment due to the device dissipating power. The difference in temperature between the die and various other reference points can be computed for different power levels by using the device's thermal characteristics.)
