TPD1E05U06-Q1: TPD1E05U06-Q1 and TPD2E2U06-Q1 S-Parameter Models

Dear support team;

I downloaded s-parameter model from the following site.

- TPD1E05U06-Q1

www.ti.com/.../slvmbu0

- TPD2E2U06-Q1

 /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/138/4265.TPD2E2U06Q1.s2p

 And I shared s-parameter models for TPD1E05U06-Q1 and TPD2E2U06-Q1 with my customer.

But my customer's use case is  up to 8.5GHz.

1) TPD2E2U06-Q1 model

   This model is up to 4GHz.

   If you have the model of up to 8.5GHz, could you share me?

   Or could you make it?

2) TPD1E05U06-Q1

  This model is up to 10GHz.

  But this resolution is 26 points.

  If you have the model of more than 1000 points, could you share me?

  Or could you make it?

    Here is the typical S-Parameter for the TPD1E05U06-Q1

    7318.TPD1E05U06.s2p

    The TPD2E02U06Q1 S-parameter goes to 4GHz because that is where the the useful data that could be taken from the test board. Afterwards the reflections are higher than the insertion loss. This device is not suppose to be used on an 8.5GHz signal.
