Our design DS90UB926 to get the FPD-LINK signal. We  want to get the RGB888 and pass it to the DSP. To debug DS90UB926, they bought a DS90UB929 EVB to get the LVDS source to pass to DS90UB926.

So the signal chain is  (929)LVDS->(926)LVDS->RGB888.

We enable 929 pattern generator . The pattern mode is 1280x800@23 as follow：

In this mode , our dsp can get  valid color bar, the video is stable,  as follow:

Then we change the pattern generator mode to  1280x800@60, as follow:

 In this mode, our dsp will get wrong video data, the color bar is moving as follow:

It seems two frames are interleaving.

    Hi Timer,

    I checked the pattern generator with EVM and it works well. The setup of pattern generator is the same with yours.

    Suggest to check:
    1. You are using 929 EVM, but the part you choose on ALP is 925, could you change to 929 and try it?
    2. Save the pattern registers' setup and send to me, so that I can compare with my register setup.
    3. Try the other internal timing specs and see which one doesn't work.
